大曲面工件的超声测量技术研究

摘    要:为了解决航空航天领域大曲面工件的数字化测量难点,采用单个超声探头脉冲反射法对大曲面工件的外形进行测量,获得了工件表面的形状特征数字化信息.试验结果表明,该测量方法具有测量范围大、成本低,速度快和工作可靠等优点,满足了大曲面工件精确测量的要求.

Abstract:For the difficulty in digital measurement of the large curved surface parts in aerospace industry, the profile of the curved surface parts is measured by one ultrasonic probe in echo reflection method, and the digital information on profile feature is obtained. The result of the experiment shows that this method have the advantages of large scope, lower cost, fastness and reliability and the requirement of accurate measurement of large curve surface parts can be satisfied.
