摘    要:采用不同的燃料配加工艺,其混料造球、燃料分布及烧结过程参数等均会不同,最终获得的技术经济指标也有所差异.本文就济钢采用不同燃料配加工艺后,生产过程中出现的变化和现象进行了初步研究与探索,并对烧结热量梯度优化技术的合理性从理论上进行了分析.

Abstract:Adoption of different fuel addition process results in different mixed material balling,fuel distribution,firing process parameters and technical and economical indexes.In view of different fuel addition process adopted in Jinan steel,preliminary experiment and probe were made for the change and phenomena occurred in the production process,and analysis was made in theory for rationality of sintering heat gradient optimization technology.
