摘    要:IEC 61850标准中所定义的过程总线为变电站各种分布式功能的实现提供了新的途径。本文分析了过程总线技术,重点介绍了SAV报文和GOOSE报文的两种多播发送机制,并提出了一种基于IEC 61850过程总线的分布式母线保护方案,该方案利用MAC多播地址、虚拟局域网和优先级等网络技术,可充分实现数据共享。利用OPNET Modeler网络仿真软件对该方案的通信系统进行了仿真分析,结果表明:采用多播技术可有效减少网络负载,SAV报文和GOOSE报文的时延要求均能满足。文末对可靠性问题进行了探讨,IEC 61850过程总线对变电站保护和自动化的影响还值得进一步深入的研究。

Abstract:Process bus defined in IEC 61850 standard will provide a new method for implementation of distributed functions in substation automation system.The paper analyzes the key technologies of process bus,especially the two kinds of multicast modes.A new scheme for process bus based distributed busbar protection is provided in this paper.The data can be shared by using MAC address multicast,VLAN,user priority and other network technologies in this scheme.Finally,the performance of the communication system is evaluated in OPNET Modeler simulation software and the results demonstrates that multicast can obviously reduce the load in the communication network,the SAV packet and GOOSE packet can meet the real-time requirement.Reliability and other problems are discussed in the end of the paper.Further research work should be done for protection and automation under the influence of IEC 61850 process bus.
