摘    要:智能电子设备的飞速发展,使变电站综合自动化技术进入了全数字化的新阶段。首先介绍了目前变电站自动化系统的现状,在分析了数字化变电站自动化系统特征、结构的基础上,讨论了建立数字化变电站自动化系统通信网络的实际问题。介绍了一个符合IEC 61850标准,通过光纤以太网实现变电站内部过程层与间隔层IED间的通信实例。

Abstract:The development of intelligent electronic device has brought substation automation technology into a new stage which is called full digital substation.This paper introduces the actuality of nowadays Substation Automation Systems(SAS) at the beginning,and then the actual problems of establishing communication networks in the digital SAS are particularized and the solutions are also discussed based on the analysis of digital SAS' features and structure.At last,an instance using fiber Ethernet implementing the communication between IED which belongs to process layer and bay layer respectively is presented. This project is supported by Chinese National Programs for High Technology Research and Development(No.2005AA001200).
