摘    要:传统上变电站备用电源自动投入功能大多采用的独立备用电源自动投入装置完成,通过相关间隔的断路器、刀闸位置、电流电压等信息传给备用电源自动投入装置,由备用电源自动投入装置完成运行方式的识别和动作逻辑判别,最终完成断路器的分合。本文具体提出智能变电站备用电源自动投入功能的改进设计方案。此方案能够直接应用到以IEC61850标准为基础建立起来的智能化变电站中,可使备用电源自动投入功能的实现更加灵活,在工程实践中具有较大的实用价值。

A Design Plan for Improving Spare Power Automatic Switching Function of an Intelligent Substation

Abstract:Most of the spare power automatic switching functions of transfer substation traditionally use an independent auto-put-into device of reserve-source to complete, and come down to the auto-put-into device of reserve-source through the relevant interval circuit breakers, disconnector position, current and voltage and other information, and then the auto-put-into device of reserve-source completes the recognition and action logical identification of the operation mode, finally complete the switch-on & off of the circuit breaker. This thesis specifically sets forth herein the design plan for improving spare power automatic switching function of the intelligent substation. This plan can be applied directly to the intelligent substation built up on the basis of IEC61850 standard, make it more flexible to achieve spare power automatic switching function and have great practical value in engineering practice.
