低压远程费控策略研究及应用

作为营销自动化10大系统之一，远程费控管理系统是智能用电体系建设的重要内容。营销业务应用系统和用电信息采集系统作为远程费控管理系统的两大支撑，其两者的推广应用为远程费控业务的开展提供了基础。现阶段，远程费控管理系统作为一种新型的智能用电业务系统，实现了用电模式由“先用电、后交费”向“先交费、后用电”的方式转变，为客户提供了实时掌控、交纳电费的贴心服务，受到广大客户的欢迎。同时，由于远程费控管理系统作为一个新型智能用电管理系统，实际工作操作人员不可能全部对其有一个整体深入的掌握，这些都限制了远程费控管理系统功能的全面发挥。本文主要从低压远程费控策略架构、低压远程费控策略制定细则及低压远程费控的应用案例等几方面对低压远程费控在电力网络中的应用作了浅要分析。

Research and Application of Low-Voltage Remote Cost Control Strategy

As one of the 10 major marketing automation systems,remote cost control management system is an important part of intelligent power system construction.As two backbones of remote cost control management system,the popularization and application of marketing business application system and power information collection system provides a foundation for development of remote cost control business.At this stage, as a new type of intelligent electricity business system,the remote cost control management system achieves the transformation of power consumption mode from ＂pay after use＇to “use after pay” ,provides customers with intimate service of real-time control and payment for electricity,which is welcomed by the majority of customers.At the same time,because the remote cost control management system is a new type of intelligent power management system,the actual operators can not have an overall and in-depth grasp on it, which limits the full play of functions of remote cost control management system.This paper mainly analyzes the application of low-voltage remote cost control in power network from the aspects of strategic framework, strategy making rules and application cases of low-voltage remote cost control.
