摘    要:通过分析新员工的培训需求,可以树立正确的培训目标,从而有利于采用合适的培训方法,制定完善的培训机制。作为新入职的员工,最渴望就是要了解公司的现状,公司未来的发展.自己在公司有哪些机会,需要付出什么,又将得到什么?因此新员工培训的目的主要是使他们能了解企业,尽快融入企业,胜任工作,产生绩效,即加速实现个人和企业的协同发展,同时塑造培训品牌。

Abstract:By analyzing training needs of new employees,the correct training objectives may be established, which will help employ appropriate training methods and develop comprehensive training mechanism.As new employees ,what they desire most is to understand the status quo of the company, the future development of the company ,what opportunities in the company ,what to pay and what to get.Therefore ,the main purpose of the new employee training is to make them understand the company,integrate into the company as soon as possible,competent to the job and produce performance that is to accelerate the achievement of the collaborative development of individuals and the company and build the training brand at the same time.
