摘    要:报道了白藜芦醇关键中间体 3,5 二甲氧基苯甲醛的合成方法。以苯甲酸为原料 ,经磺化、碱熔、精制得3,5 二羟基苯甲酸 ;再与硫酸二甲酯反应得 3,5 二甲氧基苯甲酸 ,与邻苯二胺反应生成 2 芳基苯并咪唑 ,然后在钠和乙醇及酸作用下还原水解得到 3,5 二甲氧基苯甲醛 ,总收率 2 6 .4 %。

Abstract:An improved synthetic method of 3,5-dimethoxy benzaldehyde which is the key intermediate for synthesizing resveratrol were studied. With benzoic acid (Ⅰ) as raw material, firstly 3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅱ) was prepared by sulphonation and alkali fusion; then 3,5-dimethoxybenzoic acid (Ⅲ) was synthesized via methylation with dimethyl sulfate; and 2-arylbenzimidazole (Ⅳ) was synthesized from Ⅲ and o-phenylenediamine. After reductive hydrolyzation of Ⅳ with sodium, ethyl alcohol and acid, 3,5-dimethoxy benzaldehyde was obtained with an over all yield of 26.4%.
