智能调度系统指标体系的电网能力态评估指标研究

基于现代电网调度的特点和需求,新一代智能调度系统需要具备更完善的数据处理能力,以协助调度人员有效地理解海量实时监测数据中反映的电网的运行状态的关键信息,进而定位电网运行故障或薄弱环节并及时做出调整。提出一种智能调度指标体系,并着重分析介绍了其中的重要模块——能力态评估指标及其功能特点。

Study on the Assessment Index for Power Grid Capability State in Intelligent Dispatch Indices System

According to the characteristics and needs of modem power system dispatch, new generation of dispatch system should have stronger capability on data processing and condensation, so that system dispatchers can better understand the operation status of the power system and find key information such as equipment failures and weak points, from huge amount of real-time monitoring data. A new index system for power system dispatch is proposed in this article, and one major module of the index system, namely the power system capability assessment module is introduced.
