风光储混合发电系统优化设计与分析

摘    要:针对风光储混合发电系统优化设计问题,在满足可靠性的前提下,结合风力发电机组、PV方阵、抽水蓄能电站、蓄电池组等元件的输出特性,以及能量交易系统的运行方式,以总系统成本最小为目标,建立了相应的优化模型.进而分析了可靠性约束、上网电价、能量交易系统容量,以及不同运行方式对风光储混合发电系统优化配置结果的影响,为混合系统的优化设计和运行提供了依据.

Abstract:Wind, photovoltaic(PV), energy storage resources are complementarity, thus it is more economical and reliable for wind/photovoltaic/energy storage hybrid power systems. As for optimal design of wind/photovoltaic/energy storage hybrid power systems, under the premise of the reliability, considering the generation characteristics of wind turbines, PV phalanx, pumped storage power plants, batteries and other components , as well as the operation mode of energy trading system, the appropriate optimization model is established, the goal of which is to minimize the total cost. In addition, the impact of five factors on the optimizing allocations of wind/photovoltaic/energy storage hybrid power systems is analyzed. And the factors are reliability constraints, tariff, energy trading system capacity and optimizing way. This study can provide the reference for optimal design and operation of the hybrid system.
