中空夹层钢管再生混凝土短柱受压性能分析

摘    要:为了研究震后建筑废弃物再生混凝土材料及其钢管短柱的力学性能,以混凝土的再生骨料取代率为主要参数,分别进行了10个圆中空和10个方中空夹层钢管再生混凝土短柱的轴压试验研究,比较了试件的荷载变形曲线和极限承载力关系.结果表明:随着再生骨料取代率的增大,试件的极限承载力逐渐降低,100%再生骨料取代率的圆中空试件和方中空试件比原生骨料试件的极限承载力分别下降16%和10%.在确定试件钢材和核心再生混凝土的应力应变模型的基础之上,利用数值计算方法对中空夹层钢管再生混凝土的荷载应变全过程关系进行了分析,理论计算结果与试验结果吻合较好.建立了中空夹层钢管再生混凝土轴压试件极限承载力的实用验算方法.

Abstract:In order to study the mechanical properties of the recycled aggregate concrete and its steel tube columns made from earthquake waste, twenty steel tube columns filled with recycled aggregate concrete, which comprising of ten double skin circular and ten double skin square sections columns, were prepared. The main experimental parameters included the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregates, i.e. 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%, and the cross sections of steel tube columns, i.e. circular or square sections. The results show that the structural performance of steel tube columns filled with recycled aggregate concrete is similar to that filled with normal concrete. The load deformation curves and the strains response were compared. The results also show that the load carrying capacity becomes weaker as the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregates is higher. The compressive load versus displacement of the steel tube columns were calculated according to the stress strain relationship of the steel tubes and the recycled aggregate concrete. It is found that the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. Finally, the load carrying capacity of the columns was also calculated by the relative design rules. The results show that the theoretical calculations correlate reasonably well with the experimental data.
