摘    要:为了更好地推进节能发电调度的实施,南方电网总调建立了基于节能调度的发电侧能效管理系统软件平台。介绍了该系统在煤质参数在线分析、机组厂用电精确计量、供电煤耗率在线正反平衡计算准确率对比、电网节能调度效果评估、负荷调节能力等核心技术和功能模块。该系统的应用可以对全网发电机组综合能耗情况进行全面的掌握和评估,并能够指导电厂有针对性的开展节能降耗工作。

Abstract:In order to better promote the energy-saving generation dispatching, China Southern Power Dispatching and Control Center has set up the power generation efficiency management system of power grid based on energy-saving dispatching. The core technolo- gies and main function modules are introduced, such as online analysis of coal quality parameters, accurate measurement of unit gen- eration dissipation, contrast of positive and reverse balance calculation of coal consumption rate, effects of energy saving scheduling assessment, load adjustment ability etc. Application and development of energy-efficient management system for the gird contributes to online monitor and evaluate energy consumption of all power plants connected to the grid, and thus to instruct power plants to carry out the corresponding energy-saving projects.
