经济转型时期的中国房地产投资

摘    要:从中国房地产投资增长变化的规律分析以及从同期增长量,如GDP、年利率、城镇储蓄额、全社会固定资产投资等指标之间关系的分析着手,文章揭示了中国经济转型时期房地产投资的数量特征。基于上述分析,文章作者认为整个国民经济结构的变化将带来中国房地产投资结构的变化,并且应作出更大努力来消除过去盲目投资造成的负面影响,以促使中国的房地产投资事业健康发展。文章还就经济转型时期中国房地产投资问题提出了一些政策性建议。

Abstract:Property Investment in China in the Course of Economic System Transformation" Starting from the analysis of the regular pattern of the change in the increase of China's property investment as well as the analysis of the relationship among the increased quotas in the same period of time, e.g. the circulation period, GDP, annual interest rate, savings in towns and in the countryside, total fixed asset investment etc., this paper reveals the quantitative characteristics of China's property investment in the course of Economic System Transformation in China.Based on the above analysis, the authors conclude that the shifting of the national economic structure will bring out the change in the property investment structure in China and more efforts should be rendered to dispel the adverse impact caused by blind investments in the past, thus making property investment business in China underway healthily.At last, this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions on policies related to property investment in China.
