摘    要:采用高速摄影、焊条工艺性试验、斜Y形坡口裂纹试验等方法,研究了CaO-CaF2渣系焊条工艺性影响因素及机理,实测了专用焊条的抗裂性、扩散氢含量及接头的匹配性能等指标。结果表明:①合理控制药皮中碳酸盐与萤石的比值和总量,控制铁粉的加入量,可有效抑制焊接飞溅,明显改善坡口脱渣性;②专用焊条具有的“粗熔滴短路少爆炸过渡”形态,受“弧桥并存”过渡过程控制;③研制的专用焊条具有超低氢、高韧性、高抗裂性和优良的综合工艺性能。

Abstract:The influential factors and their mechanism on the usability of CaO-CaF2 slag system electrode are investigated and the quality index such as crack-resistance, diffusible hydrogen content and joint matching property of the specific electrode are measured by means of high-speed photography, test of the electrode usability, and crack testing of inclined Y-shaped groove,etc. The results show that (1) the spatter can be effectively restrained by controlling the ratio of carbonate to fluorite and their total amount in the coating properly and the addition of iron powder, the slag detachability can be improved distinctly; (2) " the coarse droplets short-circuit and less explosion transfer" of the specific electrode is controlled by transition process of "coexistence of arc and slag bridge"; (3) the specific electrode possesses super-low hydrogen content, high toughness, high crack-resistance and the prominent comprehensive usability.
