摘    要:结合潜水轴流泵在线故障诊断的智能化研究 ,提出了故障诊断技术应与其设计制造技术融于一体的新思路 ,描述了潜水轴流泵故障信息的检测方法 ,定义了“白色故障”、“灰色故障”和“黑色故障”的新概念 ,在此基础上对潜水轴流泵进行故障归类 ,并给出了各类故障的诊断方法 ,本研究对其他机械设备的故障诊断同样具有指导意义。

Abstract:In accordance with the intelligent research of a submersible pump on-line fault diagnosis, the new idea that fault diagnosis technology should be combined with the designing and manufacturing technology is put forward. The measure approach of submersible pump fault signal is described. The new conception of "white-fault", "gray-fault" and "black-fault" is defined. Based on the above new conception, the submersible pump faults are classified very well. The way of fault diagnosis is respectively presented for each fault class. This will be helpful to instructing the research of other mechanical fault diagnosis.
