| Abstract: | Based on a brief introduction of the current status and problem of the water conservancy works in Hengxian County, the author suggested to increase investment for repairing the water works, especially those small-scale rural works to restore irrigation benefits; further perfect the water conservancy administration departments; and pay more attention to the staff of water conservancy industry. |
