| 摘 要： | 以含氟无规两亲聚合物（ASRF）为稳定剂,甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯（FA）、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯等为单体,通过无皂乳液聚合制备出含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物无皂乳液防水防油剂（PFAE）。研究了ASRF用量、FA用量、含氟乳液与氧化淀粉（OS）复配体系对纸张防水防油性能的影响,并用TEM研究了PFAE乳胶粒形态。结果表明,适当增加ASRF用量和FA用量,有利于提高纸张的防水防油性能;较佳的ASRF用量和FA用量分别为5%和18.52%,纸张与水的接触角达到117°、与液体石蜡的接触角可达到92.4°;OS含量不宜超过50%。乳胶粒呈球形,粒径分布较窄,约为45nm。 |
