引信储备式铅酸电池储存性能探讨

摘    要:以1990年生产的某型引信储备式铅酸电池为研究对象,对电池经10年自然储存后放电性能的变化情况进行分析,寻找有利于提高电池性能和长储可靠性的方法和措施。试验表明电池电极活性物质的表面状况,电解液的浓度范围等特性,对电池容量、电压特性、激活时间等电性能有很大影响,是提高引信储存可靠性的关键。指出在电池设计、生产过程中,有效改进电极制备工艺,控制合理的电解液浓度范围有助于提高电池储存后的电性能。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the discharge performance of battery stored for 10 years in nature condition by studying the lead-acid battery, which were produced in 1990, used in fuze . Ways and measures are searched to improve its performance and long-term storage reliability in order that characteristics such as surface conditions of electrode active substance and concentration of electrolyte have important effect on electricity capability, voltage and activated time. Those characteristics are key factors to improve the storage reliability of fuze. Based on this text, both improving the preparation technology of electrode and controlling rational electrolyte concentration in processes of battery design and production, help to increase the electricity performance after long-term storage.
