旋流叶片型煤粉浓缩器内气固两相流的数值模拟

摘    要:借助CFD软件平台,利用颗粒轨道模型对旋流叶片型煤粉浓缩器进行了数值模拟,并分析了其在不同工况下浓缩器的阻力系数及分离效果。模拟结果表明所研究的煤粉浓缩器能达到较好的浓缩效果及浓淡风比。

Abstract:With the help of CFD software and using a model of particle tracks,a swirling blade type pulverized coal concentrator is being numerically simulated and the concentrator's resistance coefficient,as well as its separation effect,under various modes of operation analyzed.Simulation results indicate that the concentrator studied can both attain a rather good concentration efficacy and a dense-to lean-flow ratio.
