甘氨酸二甲叉膦酸在冷却水中缓蚀性能的研究

摘    要:利用极化法和线性极化法研究了GDMP(甘氨酸二甲叉膦酸)对碳钢在模拟冷却水中的缓蚀作用,结果发现GDMP能较好地抑制碳钢在模拟冷却水中的腐蚀,它是以抑制阳极为主的混合型缓蚀剂。通过研究还发现,GDMP与Zn2+离子间存在着极为明显的协同效应,复配使用时缓蚀率可高达96.3%。

Abstract:The corrosion -inhibition of GDMP was studied and evaluated by polarization curvesmeasurement and linear polarization method in synthetic cooling water systems. Results show that GDMPacts as mixed --type cormsion inhibitors with predominant anodic control. Results also show that it is atype of excellent water treatment agent as corrosion - inhibitor at low concentration and it is particularlyeffective when it is used in combination with zinc salts.
