多功能弹性管接头的研制

摘    要:为了改善现有弹性管接头伸缩量小、压力损失大等严重缺陷,研制了一种新型多功能弹性管接头,介绍了多功能弹性管接头的结构设计与制造工艺,并举例说明了样品的设计和制作。样品检测结果表明:该多功能弹性管接头具有弹性伸缩量可调、压力损失小等性能特点,满足使用要求,具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:In order to avoid the shortcomings of the less expansion range and the heavy pressure loss of the existing springy joints of pipeline,we developed a new kind of multifunctional springy joint of pipeline,the paper introduces its design of construction and manufacturing technology,and explains sample design and production with examples.sample inspection proves that it has characteristic of the adjustable elastic expansion range and the less pressure loss,it can satisfy for operating requirement and deserves a wider application.
