| 摘 要： | 分层注水是解决油田开发过程中的层间矛盾，实现有效注水，保持地层能量，维持油田长期稳产、高产，提高水驱动用储量和采收率的重要手段。而分层注水有效率的高低主要取决于分层注水有效期的长短。分析了胡庆油田分层注水井发层注水失效的原因，并提出了具体的解决办法。
