摘    要:内张蹄式制动器在各种车辆和工程机械中广泛应用.但原有蹄式制动器摩擦片比压不相等,摩损不均匀,摩擦材料利用不充分,而且磨损较快。本文提出摩擦片等比压设计原则,导出了相应的设计计算公式。并用实例证明,等比压设计与原有设计相比,节省摩擦材料22%;按同一许用比压条件,制动力矩提高37%;对于实现相同的制动力矩,摩擦片最大比压降低27%。

Abstract:Internal shoe types of brakes are widely used in various types of vehiclesand cars. However, the specific pressure and wear of the original brake liningis not level. The friction material can not be made use of, with quick wearing.This paper gives the design principle of level specific pressure of the brakelining, arid relevant formulas are derived. With a practical example, it isproved that the design for level specific pressure, by contrast to originaldesign, saves 22% of friction material, increases 37% of brake moment underthe condition of the same allowable specific pressure and decreases 27% ofthe higher specific pressure for the same brake moment.
