| 摘 要： | 介绍了汽提系统的操作原理及方法，分析了生产中出现的一些问题的原因。采取改造浆料过滤器、更换改造螺旋板换热器和汽提塔扩孔、优化汽提塔控制指标等措施，降低了消耗，提高了产品质量。

| Abstract: | Operation principle and process of stripping system were introduced. The results of some problems existing in production were analyzed. Some measures were adopted, which are the innovation of slurry filter, changing and innovation of sprial heat exchanger, expanding hole stripping tower and optimization of control standard of stripping tower. Consumption was reduced, and quality of products was improved. |
