摘    要:本文通过考察各因素对样品消解效果的影响及对石墨炉原子吸收各条件进行优化 ,建立一种快速、有效的中药中镉含量的检测方法 ,方法检出限为 0 0 1 1 9ng·mL- 1,线性范围 0 0 0 6~ 2ng·mL- 1,样品测定回收率 91 7%~ 1 0 4 3% ,结果满意

Abstract:A rapid and effective method to determine the Cd in Chinese medicine was introduced.Factors that may influence the effect of the microwave digestion were saw about.The operating conditions of GFSAS were optimized too.The determine limit,linear range of the method is 0.0119mg mL -1 ,0~2mg·mL -1 respectively.The recovery of sample determination ranges from 91.7%~104 3%.
