2 400 mm×4 000 mm风选振动筛的设计介绍

溧阳市利用水泥窑无害化协同处置450 t/d生活垃圾的示范线,采用了振动筛来进行垃圾分级。在运行一段时间后,中材装备集团南京分公司对该振动筛进行了结构改进并增加了风选功能,取得了满意的运行效果,并以此为基础自主开发了用于生活垃圾分级的2400mm×4000mm风选振动筛,填补了国内生活垃圾分级专用设备的空白。详细介绍了该风选振动筛的主要参数设计,并分析了其结构特点。

Design introduction of 2400 mm×4000 mm winnowing vibrating screen

Liyang City’s demonstration line, which disposes 450 t/d living garbage harmlessly with cement kiln, adopted vibrating screen in garbage classification. After a period of running, Sinoma Technology ＆ Equipment Group（Nanjing） improved the structure of the vibrating screen and added winnowing function for it, which gained satisfying operation effect. And based on which, developed 2400mm×4000mm winnowing vibrating screen for living garbage classification, which filled the gaps in domestic garbage classification spe.cial equipment. This paper introduced the main parameters of the winnowing vibrating screen and analyzed its structural characteristics.
