紧凑型轮斗挖掘机工作重量计算方法的简要研究

摘    要:目前轮斗挖掘机在露天矿中的应用已非常普遍。相对于其它型式的轮斗挖掘机,紧凑型轮斗挖掘机具有机身小、重量轻、设备投资少等优势,因此已发展成为具有多种型号的标准系列。为了搞清楚紧凑型轮斗挖掘机的工作重量与其生产能力、挖掘高度、斗轮直径、切割力等诸多因素的相互关系,特对紧凑型轮斗挖掘机的工作重量计算方法进行简要研究,以推导出合适的工作重量计算公式。

Abstract:At present bucket-wheel excavators are widely used in open-cast mines.Compare to other types of bucket-wheel excavators,the compact bucket-wheel excavators have advantages like small bodies,light service weight,low equipment investments etc.For these reasons the compact bucket-wheel excavators have developed into multiple standard series type equipments.For finding out the relationship among compact bucket-wheel excavator service weight and production capacity,excavating height,bucket-wheel diameter,cutting force and some other factors,to make brief analysis on computing method of compact bucket-wheel excavator service weight and to deduce a suitable computational formula for service weight.
