复合活性氧化锌在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用

摘    要:研究复合活性氧化锌部分替代间接法氧化锌在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用.结果表明:在胎侧胶中以复合活性氧化锌部分替代间接法氧化锌,胶料的焦烧时间延长,炭黑分散度提高,工艺性能良好;硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度略有增大;成品轮胎的耐久性能达到企业标准要求,且生产成本降低.

Abstract:The application of active zinc oxide complex to replace part of indirect method zinc oxide in the sidewall compound of truck and bus radial tire was investigated. The results showed that the scorch time of the compound extended, the dispersion of carbon black was improved, and the processability was good. The tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of the vulcanizates increased slightly. The endurance performance of the finished tire met the requirements of enterprise standards ,and the production cost was reduced.
