建国以来鄱阳湖区血防成就与经验

建国以来,鄱阳湖地区血防工作经历了"以灭螺为主"、"以人畜同步化疗为主"和"以控制传染源为主"三个阶段。60年来湖区的人民在党和政府的领导下,在查治病人病畜、压缩钉螺面积、控制传染源等多方面都取得了显而易见的成就,形成了一系列灭螺、传染源控制和避免疫水接触的成功做法,积累了不少成功的血防经验。鄱阳湖地区血防的历史经验是:湖区血防必须走社会血防、综合血防和生态血防之路。

A survey of achievements and experience in schistosomiasis control in Poyang Lake District since foundation of P.R.China

The work of schistosomiasis control in Poyang Lake District has undergone three stages：killing Oncomela- nia snails, doing human and animal concurrent chemotherapy and controlling the source of infection. Under the lead- ership of the CPC and the government, the lake residents have made salient progress in the examination and treat- ment of the patients and sick animals, the restriction of the snail living areas as well as the infection source control, which results in a series of successful practices. Historical experience in Poyang Lake District shows that the control of schistosomiasis here must be done socially, comprehensively and ecologically.
