油气井管柱完整性技术研究进展与展望

摘    要:在回顾油气井管柱完整性概念的提出与发展历程的基础上,介绍了我国在钻柱构件适用性评价、"三超"(超深、超高温、超高压)气井油套管柱可靠性设计与完整性评价、"三超"气井油管腐蚀行为与评价、热采井基于应变设计与选材评价技术等方面的最新研究进展及其应用情况。指出现有油气井管材与管柱技术仍不能满足"三超"、严重腐蚀、非常规、特殊工艺和特殊结构井等服役环境,进而提出了进一步加强油气井管柱完整性技术研究与科技攻关的建议:1持续完善和发展中国西部深层油气勘探开发套管柱优化设计与管材选用及完整性评价技术;2急需建立有针对性的非常规页岩气开发套管柱优化设计、选材及完整性评价技术;3建立"三超"高含CO2气井环境及压裂酸化工况复杂油管优化设计、选材选型、完整性评价技术;4深入研究含缺陷油气井管柱缺陷检测、安全评价、风险评估、寿命预测、维修补强等关键技术;5建立油气井管柱完整性管理体系和配套的支撑技术体系。

Abstract:This paper first reviewed the raising and development of oil & gas well tubular string integrity, and then introduced the new achievements in China in the fitness-for-service assessment of drill string components, the reliability-based design and the anti-corrosion behavior and integrity assessment of casing and tubing strings for ultra-deep/high-temperature/high-pressure gas wells, the strain-based design and casing materials selection of thermal wells. On this basis, the following proposals for strengthening the integrity technology research of oil & gas well tubing strings were put forward based on the analysis of the new technical demands of and challenges to petroleum tubing engineering for those wells with ultra-deep/high temperature/high pressure or high risks of corrosion, unconventional wells, or the wells with other special technological and structure requirements: (1) to continuously improve the casing string optimal design and complete the optimal selection and integrity assessment technologies for the ultra-deep oil & gas wells in West China; (2) to speed up the founding of the above-said technologies for shale (unconventional) gas development wells and especially for those ultra-deep/high-temperature/high-pressure wells with high CO2 content, or the wells requiring complex acidizing and fracturing treatments; (3) to intensively investigate the core technologies in defect inspection, safety assessment, risk analysis, service life prediction, maintenance and repairing for oil & gas well tubing strings; and (4) to establish an integrity management system and corresponding supporting technical systems for oil and gas well tubing strings.
