| 摘 要： | 介绍了在方便干燥米的基础上通过添加适当的营养成分,使其成为方便干燥营养米的试验.试验结果证明:最佳工艺参数是在米饭干燥前添加浓度为每千克水含1.5 g营养素混料溶液,采用喷淋1 s停20 s的添加方法.

| Abstract: | The tests to produce convenient dried nutritious rice by adding the appropriate nutrition component to the rice are introduced. The results show the best technique is that nutriment solution proportion for 1.5 grams of nutriment in one kilogram of water is added into the rice before dried, and the addition method is to drench the rice for 1 second by staying for 20 seconds every time. |
