摘    要:近些年来,随着计量精益化发展的需要,如何提升拆回电能表分拣效率成为现阶段电网经营企业电能计量领域的热点问题。本文为解决自动导引车在拆回表分拣领域的应用,提升分拣、仓储和配送的效率,采用激光雷达、视觉等相关复合定位技术,结合反光条、二维码、电能表托盘十字定位,解决拆回电能表分拣环境下及动态存储特殊环境下的定位问题,实现搭载激光导航自动导引车在拆回电能表分拣中的应用。以实例展示其在拆回电能表分拣领域的应用情况,证明采用复合定位技术可满足拆回电能表分拣的物流运输需求,可作为相关领域研究人员的技术参考。

Abstract:In recent years,with the development of lean measurement,improving the efficiency of sorting the disassembled electric energy meters has become a significant concern in electric energy meters for power grid enterprises. Applying automatic guided vehicles (AGVs) in this issue and improving the efficiency of sorting,warehousing,and distribution requires a better solution. This paper adopts composite positioning technologies such as laser radar and vision,combined with retroreflective tape,QR codes,and cross-positioning of the electricity meter pallet to address the positioning problems in the particular dynamic storage environment when sorting the disassembled electricity meters. The proposed approach successfully applies AGVs with laser navigation for sorting disassembled electric energy meters. An example is used to demonstrate its application in sorting disassembled electric energy meters,proving that composite positioning technology can meet the logistics and transportation needs of sorting disassembled energy meters. This study can serve as a technical reference for researchers in related fields.
