基于PLC的三工位钻床工作台控制系统设计

摘    要:为了改善传统控制方式的缺陷,提高加工效率和自动化程度,以三工位旋转钻床工作台为研究对象,在分析了其工艺过程与控制要求的基础上,介绍了采用PLC对工作台进行控制的方法及应用情况。建立了系统液压控制部分的原理图,对PLC系统的硬件和软件进行了设计,给出了系统的端口接线图、控制程序的部分梯形图与状态转移图。利用三菱仿真软件和实际元器件对程序和系统均进行了调试和运行,结果表明,将PLC应用于三工位钻床工作台控制,提高了设备的自动化水平、生产效率与运行的可靠性,具有一定的经济效益。

Design of Control System for Workbench of Three-Station Drilling Machine Based on PLC
Abstract:In order to improve the defects of traditional control mode,machining efficiency and automation degree,the rotary workbench of three-station drilling machine is taken as the object of study,based on the analysis of the technological process and control requirements,a method to control the workbench with PLC and its application are introduced in this paper.The schematic diagram of hydraulic control system is established,the harerdware and software of the PLC system are designed,the port wiring diagram of the system is given,a part of the ladder diagram of control program and the state transition diagram are put forward.Using simulation software and actual components,the program and the system are debugged and run,the results show that applying PLC to control the workbench of three-station drilling machine,automation level and production efficiency of the equipment and operation reliability have been enhanced,it has certain economic benefits.
