摘    要:以火电厂高温蒸汽管道同心异径管为研究对象,开展理论承载状态下的异径管受力分析,分别研究在内压、轴向拉力、弯矩、扭矩作用下异径管的应力分布特点,并与以往类似的研究成果相比对,以验证分析模型的正确性。以某660 MW超超临界机组的热段管道异径管为研究对象,建立包含异径管、45°锻三通、直管道的局部有限元三维分析模型,研究管服役状态下45°锻三通及异径管的应力分布状态,结果显示锻三通整体应力水平较低,热态时其锐角肩部处局部有应力集中区,异径管的主要应力集中区位于折弯角处,但冷热态时的应力集中区域的方位有区别。

Abstract:With the concentric reducers of high-temperature steam pipelines in thermal power plants being the research object,the stress analysis of reducers under theoretical load conditions was carried out,and the stress distribution cha-racteristics of reducers under the action of internal pressure,axial tension,bending moment,and torque were studied respectively.The results were compared with previous similar research so as to verify the correctness of the analysis model.The paper takes a heat pipe reducer of a 660 MW ultra-supercritical unit as the research object to establish a local finite element three-dimensional analysis model comprising a reducer,45-degree forged triplet,and straight pipeline to study the stress distribution of the 45-degree forged triplet and reducer under service condition.The results show that the forged triplet is inferior in overall stress level,there is a local stress concentration area at the shoulder of its acute angle in the thermal state,and the main stress concentration area of the reducer is located at the bending angle,although the stress concentration areas in the hot and cold states are different.
