考虑配电网网损最小化的分布式光伏优化配置研究

摘    要:光伏电源接入配电网改变了原配电网的潮流特性甚至可能导致潮流反向,对配电网的网损产生较大影响。为使在分布式光伏接入配电网系统时最大化优化配置方式,通过对潮流的影响,将配电网损耗降至最低水平,以推动能源绿色低碳发展,因此,推导了光伏电源接入配电网后网损改变量的具体数学表达式,分析了光伏电源接入位置、容量等典型因素对配电网网损的影响,提出综合考虑各个影响因素以及电网约束条件下的遗传算法模型,使得光伏电源并网时配电网网损最小化,优化了光伏电源配置。通过算例仿真证明在不同因素影响下光伏电源的接入对配电网网损的影响规律的正确性。光伏电源优化配置不仅增强了电网的运行灵活性和稳定性,同时降低了网络损耗,提高了清洁能源的利用率。

Abstract:The integration of photovoltaic power into the distribution networks changes the power flow characteristics of the original distribution network and may even produce reverse power flow,drastically influencing the network loss of the distribution networks.In order to maximize the optimal configuration method when the distributed PV is connected to power grid,the loss of the distribution network is reduced to the lowest level to promote the development of green and low-carbon energy.The specific mathematical expression of the change in network loss after the integration of PV into distribution network is deduced,and the influence of typical factors such as the integration location and capacity of PV on the network loss of the distribution network is analyzed.A genetic algorithm model that comprehensively considers various influencing factors and grid constraints is proposed,which minimizes the network loss of the distribution network when PV is connected to the grid,and optimizes the PV configuration.The example simulation proves the correctness of the influence law of photovoltaic power access on distribution network loss under the influence of different factors.The optimal configuration of photovoltaic power not only enhances the operational flexibility and stability of the power grid,but also reduces network loss and improves the utilization rate of clean energy.
