摘    要:二氧化铈(CeO2)具有独特的萤石型晶体结构、优秀的储放氧能力、良好的化学稳定性以及高温下氧空位的快速扩散能力,在有毒有害气体检测方面被广泛关注和研究。然而,纯CeO2气敏传感器工作温度偏高且响应恢复时间长,无法满足越发严苛的实际环境监测需求。综述了近年来国内外关于纳米CeO2气敏材料相关研究进展,根据不同的机理从结构调控、掺杂复合两个方面重点对CeO2的改性进行分析,简述了其在柔性传感领域的应用,为高性能气敏传感器的深入研究提供参考。

Abstract:Cerium dioxide(CeO2)has been widely studied in the detection of toxic and harmful gases for its unique fluoritetype crystal structure,excellent oxygen storage&release capabilities,good chemical stability,and rapid diffusion of oxygen vacancies at high temperatures.However,the high operating temperature and long recovery time of the CeO2 gas sensor cannot meet the increasingly stringent requirements of actual environment monitoring.The recent research progress of CeO2 gas-sensing materials,modification methods of CeO2-based gas sensors and the application in the field of flexible sensor were reviewed.This review could provide a reference for the research of high-performance gas sensors.
