| 摘 要： | 莱钢能源动力厂新上65MW高温超高压汽轮发电机组采用高效燃气锅炉,其FSSS控制系统性能可靠、先进、实用,燃气热能利用率高,具有联锁、紧急停机等保护,按照既定、合理、安全程序完成必要的操作或处理未遂性事故以保证炉膛及燃烧系统安全,防止运行人员操作事故及设备故障下引起锅炉炉膛爆炸,最大限度的保证锅炉安全运行,满足工艺运行、控制和监控功能。

| Abstract: | The new 65 MW high temperature and super high pressure steam turbine generator set in Laiwu Iron and Steel Power Plant adopts high efficiency gas boiler.Its FSSS control system has reliable,advanced and practical performance,high utilization rate of gas heat energy,interlocking and emergency shutdown protection,and completes necessary operation or treatment of attempted accidents in accordance with established,reasonable and safety procedures to ensure the safety of furnace and combustion system and prevent transportation,Boiler hearth explosion is caused by personnel operation accident and equipment failure,which ensures the safe operation of the boiler to the maximum extent and meets the functions of process operation,control and monitoring. |
