| 摘 要： | 对合成氨装置第一废热锅炉所用换热管的化学成分、力学性能、金相组织进行试验测定，对锅炉和锅炉给水水质进行分析，对换热管的腐蚀情况及原因进行了探讨，找出换热管爆裂的主要原因是锅炉水和给水水质不符合规定要求所致。为杜绝类似爆管事故，提出了可行的改进措施。

| Abstract: | This paper examines the chemical components, mechanical properties, metallographic structure of heat exchange tube of the primary waste heat boiler in synthetic ammonia plant The boiler and the boiler feed water quality is analyzed The corrosion conditions of heat exchange tube and its causes are discussed It's found out that the main reasons of heat exchange tube explosion are that the boiler water and boiler feed water don't meet the specified standards |
