| Abstract: | Ultrasonic attenuation measurements on solutions of linear and star styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymers over a frequency range from 106 to 108 Hz are reported. Activation parameters for the segmental relaxation process in 1,4-dioxane, cyclohexane and toluene were obtained from temperature variation studies. Both the amplitude and the temperature dependence of the relaxation varied with change in solvent. |
