摘    要:通过数理模拟,对采用正交法设计的某钢厂八流一体式中间包控流装置的实验方案进行钢液流场、温度场及流动特征的研究,并以此设计出新的控流装置.研究结果表明,采用新方案(湍流控制器十带导流孔的“V”型挡渣墙+双坝组合的控流方式),延长了近流水口响应时间及平均停留时间,各水口钢液的流动模式趋于一致,中间包内钢液的流动特征得到明显...
