摘    要:以300-520铸钢力学性能为指标,对300-520铸钢基本成分进行优化研究.通过金相组织观察、拉伸试验和冲击试验对试样的组织和力学性能进行了表征,确定C、Si和Mn元素含量范围.试验结果表明,在C为0.20%~0.25%,Si为0.29%~0.50%,Mn为0.82%~1.10%范围内,所有试样的拉伸性能和冲击性能均能达到300-520铸钢的性能指标.

Abstract:The chemical composition of 300-520 cast steel was optimized according to the requirement of mechanical properties.The microstructure and tensile properties and impact property were tested by optical microscopy,tensile test machine and impact test machine,respectively.The range of C,Si and Mn was decided.The results show that the mechanical properties can satisfy the requirement of 300-520 cast steel when the range of C,Si and Mn is 0.20%~0.25%,0.29%~0.50% and 0.82%~1.10%,respectively.
