耐热型防辐射聚酰亚胺复合材料的试验研究

摘    要:利用化学合成法与选定的原料配比制出了聚酰亚胺(p1)及p1+ zrO2、p1+pb粉末、p1+ zrO2+ pb粉末等复合材料.对聚酰亚胺/氧化锆十金属铅复合材料的进行了X-射线衍射分析和紫外射线分析,发现聚酰亚胺复合材料比纯聚酰亚胺更具有良好X-射线防护性能,耐热性能仍然很好.

Abstract:Polyimide is a kind of excellent polymer materials in the mechanical and thermal stability properties and it has been widely reported,but the research on anti-radiation of X-ray is almost few reported.In this article,the composite material of polyimide / Zirconia + Lead is researched on the microstructure by X-ray diffraction analysis & ultraviolet ray test.The results showed that the polyimide composites processes better protection performance to X-ray then that of the pure polyimide.
