| 摘 要： | 蜂蜜产地来源和蜂蜜掺伪的辨别方法是当今许多国家和蜂产品生产相关部门研究的热点.针对目前国外应用理化方法、现代仪器分析以及生物免疫技术结合模式识别对蜂蜜的产地、植物来源及掺伪辨别方法和研究进展进行了综述.

| Abstract: | The identification method of honey producing area and adulterated honey is the research hotspot of many countries and bee product production departments at present.The paper mainly reviewed the progress on the identification method of the producing area and the plant resources of honey products and the identification of adulterated honey products by the combination of physico-chemical analysis method,modern instrumental analysis,bio-immunization technique and pattern recognition. |
