电流对GH4169合金电渣重熔过程影响的数值模拟研究

摘    要:借助模拟软件MeltFlow,模拟了电渣重熔过程中各物理场的分布情况,分析了电流变化对凝固过程中各种物理场的影响.结果表明,各物理场随电流的增大呈规律性变化,且在不同的电流大小下分布规律相似;计算模拟结果与硫印实验结果吻合良好,能够预测不同工艺条件下缺陷的产生及程度,能够设计和优化现有的工艺并改进钢锭质量.

Abstract:A series of simulations were made on distribution of various physical fields using the simulation software MeltFlow in electroslag remelting process.Influences of changes of current on various physical fields have been analyzed.It is shown that various physical fields vary regularly with the current,and regularities of distribution of various physical fields are similar with the current;simulation results compares well with experimental results,the generation and extent of defects could be predicted in diff...
