| 摘 要： | 军用电子设备电连接器的电接触部位,由于易受外界湿热、温度、盐雾等影响,发生腐蚀,因而频繁出现短路、断路问题,是电子设备防护的薄弱环节.分析环境因素对电连接器造成的不良影响,并介绍电连接器复合防护工艺,该工艺通过大量工艺试验及性能测试试验,验证其良好的防护效果,具有较强的实用性.

| Abstract: | The electrical connector part in the military electron equipments, is easy to occurr corruption as a result of short circuit or open circuit due to the influence of environment factors such as wet ,temperature,salt mist etc. This problem is the weakness point in the defending of electron equipments. The badness effects of environment factors for the connector are analyzed ,otherwise ,the connector complex defending process is also introduced. This process is proved with favorable defending effect and quite practicability by a great deal of technical tests and capability tests. |
