加气混凝土专用抗裂抹面砂浆的研制

摘    要:通过加入甲基纤维素醚、可再分散乳胶粉、聚丙烯纤维等聚合物,粉煤灰掺合料对砂浆进行改性,研制的加气混凝土专用抗裂抹面砂浆。本课题通过分析几种聚合物掺量对砂浆性能影响因素的大小,得出最佳掺量,找出砂浆最佳配比。经测试,研制的加气混凝土专用抗裂抹面砂浆可操作性好,便于施工,与加气混凝土粘结强度高,抗裂性能好。

Abstract:By adding methyl cellulose ether, to disperse latex powder, polypropylene fiber, such as polymers, the mor- tar admixture of fly ash were modified, for aerated concrete anti -crack mortar. This topic through the analysis of several kinds of polymer content the size of the influence factors of the perform- ance of mortar, it is concluded that the best content, find the best ratio of mortar. After the test, for aerated concrete anti - crack mortar good operability, convenience of consti'uction, and aerated concrete high bond strength, crack resistance perform- ance is good.
