| 摘 要： | 采用工程量清单计价的方法是国际上普遍使用的通行做法,较为科学实用,具有广泛的适应性。全面推行工程量清单计价模式是建筑市场发展的必然趋势,同时,将对中国的建筑领域产生深远的影响。本文研究了工程量清单计价模式下的多种投标报价策略,并分析各种策略的适用情况,以提高投标企业的竞争力和中标几率。

| Abstract: | Using bill of quantities valuation method is widely used on international practice,a more scientific and practical,has extensive adaptability. Mode of fully implementing the quantities bill valuation is the inevitable developing trend of construction market,at the same time will have a profound influence on China ’s construction field. This paper studies the quantities bill valuation mode of tender offer strategy,and analyze the situation of application of various strategies to improve the bidding enterprise competitiveness and the winning probability. |
