焚烧生活垃圾作集料生产砌块的研制

摘    要:经过处理的焚烧生活垃圾的表观密度为2 282kg/m3,m=3.0,在配制混凝土时满足级配上相关要求,可以作为混凝土及砌块的细骨料;全部由焚烧生活垃圾作为混凝土的细骨料,混凝土的强度较低,适用于轻集料小型空心砌块生产;用焚烧生活垃圾作为集料生产的砌块强度为9.1 MPa。

Abstract:After the apparent density of processed garbage incineration is 2 282 kg/m3 , m = 3.0, meet the grade require- ments at the time of preparation coupled with concrete, can be used as fine aggregate concrete and masonry; all from incinera- tion of municipal solid waste as fine concrete aggregate, concrete strength is low, suitable for lightweight aggregate small hollow block production; garbage incineration as an aggregate produc- tion block strength of 9. 1 MPa.
