浅谈工程项目施工成本管理

建设工程项目施工成本管理应从工程投标报价开始,直至项目竣工结算完成为止,贯穿于项目实施的全过程。成本作为项目管理的一个关键性目标,包括责任成本目标和计划成本目标,它们的性质和作用不同。前者反映组织对施工成本目标的要求,后者是前者的具体化,把施工成本在组织管理层和项目经理部的运行有机地联系了起来。
