基于采矿环境再造的复杂高价值铜矿采矿方法研究

摘    要:针对复杂难采的高价值铜矿,提出采用环境再造的方法对其进行开发利用。以某地下铜矿为研究对象,研究了地表要求保护的前提下极破碎矿体的顶板再造上向分段充填采矿法。并且对其结构参数、采准工程、回采工艺等进行了研究。该采矿方法的主要回采工作在人工顶板下完成,可以保护作业人员的人身安全,同时也可以保证地表的均匀沉降。数值分析结果表明,该采矿方法对高价值矿体开采时的地表保护是一种行之有效的方法。

Abstract:To exploit the complex high-value copper deposit which is difficult to excavate,mode of environment re-constructing is put forward.Take an underground copper mine as studying object,on which the surface has to be protected,the mining method of sublevel filling method with roof reconstructing is studied.Furthermore,the structural parameters,preparing engineering, stopping technologies of mining method are studied.Main stopping work is taken under the protection of man-made roof,the safety of mining individuals can be ensured.And the even subsidence of surface can be ensured too.Numerical analysis implies that the mining method is an effective method to protect the surface in exploiting the high-value deposits.
